MARMALADE COTTAGE

Marmalade Cottage is a newly renovated property in the quaint village of Geluksburg, 25 kms north of Bergville in the Northern Drakensberg. The cottage has been transformed into a luxurious self-catering holiday home and guests can enjoy the benefit of all modern amenities whilst delighting in its rustic charm.

Luxury accommodation for up to 8 people comprises a spacious sitting room with TV (limited bouquet DSTV), a music center and a log-burning fire for those long, lazy winter evenings. There is a large separate dining room.

The modern, fully- equipped kitchen has a cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine and iron with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for 8.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite dressing room and bathroom with bath and shower. There are two twin bedrooms that share a shower room and toilet. A further two beds are on the mezzanine which leads onto an observation deck that commands views over neighbouring farmlands to the Drakensberg mountain range.

Marmalade Cottage has covered stoeps to the front and rear which provide ideal space for the family braai. A gas braai is available for your use. There is also a bar/games room with exercise equipment and a pool table.

All towels and bedding are provided and the cottage is serviced daily.

Marmalade Cottage is off the beaten track but within easy reach of the North and Central Berg and the Battlefields. We offer peace and tranquility and the chance to relax and unwind in comfort away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We do hope that you will come and stay with us.
